A brand new design from Cam! More surface area at the tip for a slightly more firm catch vs standard Pala teardrop paddle.

This paddle has exceptional balance and is something you have to hold to understand why these are awesome paddles to use. The paddle is made by Ozone to Cameron's specs with the blade being baked in an autoclave oven under 3 atmospheres of pressure, a technique not used by other manufacturers. This makes the blade lighter and stiffer which puts the balance point higher upon the shaft for super nice swing weight and feel.

The basic rule is to not pull your paddle back but instead pull the canoe forward. It really comes down to your strength and experience level. You’ll want to have enough blade to be able to hold the pressure without slipping while having enough strength and endurance to maintain a desired pace.
