If a product does not meet your expectations, it can be returned for a refund or exchanged for another item (excluding boats and special order items from Vaikobi, special paddles from ZRE, items we don't normally stock that are not listed on our website) with the following conditions.

The product must be in new condition with tags/labels attached to be eligible for return, once an item has been used it is non-returnable.

For boats all sales are final (see Boat Cancellation Policy), once a boat has been delivered it might be eligible for a discounted buy back or trade-in based on current demand and inventory levels.

The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges as well as original shipping charges to them which will not be refunded. If the order met the $200 free freight threshold, the actual freight cost of shipping the order out will be deducted from the refunded amount if the return drops the order below the $200 free freight threshold.

-If payment was made using Venmo, Credit Card or PayPal, the refund will be assessed a 2%, 2.5% or 3.6
% processing fee respectively as those fees are not refunded from the processor to Paddle Dynamics.

-Payments made with check, Zelle or cash will not be assessed a processing fee as they do not incur fees when paid using those methods.

To return an item, please send to our TN address below with a note on what you want done. If refund and it meets the criteria above, we will issue a credit back to the method paid (which was used on the original order only) and send a revised invoice. If exchange, we will contact you to get payment for the ACTUAL outgoing shipping charges before sending out the replacement item, no other fees will be assessed.
